Dates: Friday, April 01, 2016 – Sunday, April 03, 2016

Starting Time: Events will start Friday evening. Arrival time at venue can be 10 AM on Friday.  If flying in and arriving Thursday works better, please indicate this on your Registration Form.  Also. please indicate if you will be wishing to utilize our Airport Shuttle & your arrival time so we can plan to have someone meet you.  Registration Form has a space to include your arrival & departure day/time which will help us make plans for food.

End/Leave Time: The event will officially be over early Sunday afternoon after the Awards Ceremony has concluded.  As stated above, the Registration Form also has a space to include your arrival & departure day/time which will help us make plans for food. Attendees can stay Sunday, of course, if their flight is on Monday.  We just have to have everything cleaned up after everyone leaves.  We must be out by Monday, April 4th, 2016.

Other info for those coming from out of the area ~

✮  We will be providing an Airport Shuttle service (see Starting Time above). There is a space on the Registration Form to indicate your flight information so we can plan to have someone meet & pick you up at the airport. If you do not know your flight info when you register that is fine as you can just send that info to us via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) once confirmed;

✮  Airports are not right around the corner, so we ask that you please plan accordingly:

  • Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport is approximately 53 miles from our venue; 
  • Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is approximately 60 miles from our venue; 
  • New Orleans Lakefront Airport is approximately 74 miles from our venue;

✮  There is also a limited amount of "Barracks style bunking" (on air mattresses, etc.) available indoors upstairs at the clubhouse (more details about this option below under "Entry fees include".

Hotels (price not included in event fees) ~

The closest hotels are in the city of Hammond which is about a 30-minute drive from the campground or in the cities of Walker and Denham Springs which are also about a 25 to 30 minute drive from the campground near Baton Rouge. Choose "Hotel" option on the Registration Form and hotel information will be sent to you.

 

Fees for Ponies On The Delta! ~

 Registration Deadline: March 1, 2016.

Payments are excepted, and fees must be "paid in-full" by March 1, 2016!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION & FEES:

~ Due to being able to lower our expenses, the cost to attend the event for EVERYONE is now just $50.00.

Special Note: Those who have already paid their fees, they will receive a refund to reflect this new event fee.

 

Entry fee for 2-days & 3-nights includes:

  • "Party" on Saturday night;
  • Two free breakfasts (Sat and Sun);
  • Free supper Friday night at the opening;
  • RV/Tent Camping (no hook-ups), and
  • of course your participation in the events & classes!

Notes for single ponies, puppies & handlers:

  1. If a handler has more than 1 pony/puppy, they would pay the "Per 2 Person Team Fee" for 2 of them and the "Other Attendee Fee" for the 3rd (or more) person. 
  2. In the case of the single pony, single puppy, or single handler, a team can be made up once you arrive at the event for these categories.

 

There will also be a limited amount of "Barracks style bunking" (inflatable mattresses, etc.) available indoors upstairs at the clubhouse (after a $25 non-refundable portion of the entry fee has been paid). This space will be assigned on a "first come first served" basis.  Requesting this option is available on the Registration Form! Payment information is available at the top of the Registration Form.

 

Informational booths (like NCSF, etc.) and simple vending will also be avialable. 

Vendor Entry & Table fees ~

Vendor fees: $75 + $20 per table (We request that you please bring tables with you if you have them. When sending your "Vendor Application", please let us know if you will need tables so that we can make plans for that need).

  • If you are interested in vending for this event, (nothing elaborate, just simple vending on tables ~ after all, this is a campground not the Hilton! *nickers*) please send us an email with the subject line "Vendor Application" to:

  • You will be contacted back via email by the event organizer. Once confirmed, you can then register via the Registration Form choosing the appropriate "Vendor" option that includes the number of tables (1 - 4), and then pay your fees. Payment info is at the top of the Registration Form.

Sir Guy ~

~ Sir Guy, was UK-based, began running role-play events in 1987: Miss Prim’s Muir Academy adult-school. Since 1993 he’s run pony-, pet-play events. From 2004 also Tawsingham events.

~ Now he trains human- ponies, -puppies, maids, does most all other role-play that’s adult-only, consensual, not illegal, immoral, sleazy or too fattening, at his place in Portugal.

 

Pony Classes/events –

General schedule for classes:

 3 classes on Friday starting at 2 PM;

 7 classes on Saturday starting at 9 AM;

 2 classes on Sunday starting at 9 AM.

1. Barrell Race ― speed event judged on time and faults. 

2. Pole Bending― speed event judged on time and faults.  

3. Hunter Jumper ― Jumping speed event judged on time and faults.  

4. Blindfold Cart Challenge― cart course judged on speed and faults. 

5. Cart Endurance Race ― judged on completing the course and time.

6. Choose One according to you abilities that you will be judged on.  You can also choose to participate in the other event "just for fun" (ie: Exhibition Only w/no points awarded) ~

a) Sled Pull ― Shown in hand: sled pull judged by the weight pulled. 

b) Confirmation/Halter ClassShown in hand: Not judged on human confirmation but on "ponyness". 

7. Cart Sprint Race ― Short distance 75 yard cart sprint race judged on time. Heat winners advance to final heat.

9. Trainers Class ― Judged with one trainer at a time behind closed doors.

10. Team's Choice ― Choose One according to you abilities that you will be judged on.  You can also choose to participate in the other event "just for fun" (ie: Exhibition only w/no points awarded) ~

a) Blindfold Cart Obstacle Course (not the same as #4): The course will require tasks to be done. Judged on time and faults;

OR

b) Dressage CourseShown in hand: Judged on the trainer's and pony's ability to complete the course with the gait changes done in the most smooth and fluid manner possible. Judged out of sight from the other teams.

 

Scoring ― Olympic style judging with the highest and lowest scores thrown out & the remaining scores averaged ~

1st place ― 5 points

2nd place ― 4 points

3rd place ― 3 points

4th place ― 2 points

All other entries ― 1 point

The TALLY BOARD will be posted for all to see!

General Event Rules ~

  1. Failure to complete any class/event is a disqualification (DQ) & no points will be awarded for that class/event (this includes the 1 point entry level point as well).  A DQ = loss of All points for that class/event.
  2. Olympic style scoring with the high and low score thrown out with the remaining scores for "judged" classes averaged together for the final score. Some classes are scored on faults and speed.  Decision of the judges is final.
  3. Arguing, trying to intimidate, or such by anyone is grounds for removal from event and grounds. Judges will not offer any critiques of performance until after closing ceremonies on Sunday. However, questions/demos about the class requirements are allowed at any time at Judges' discretion.
  4. Any entered cart is available for any or all contestants to use.
  5. Teams for single ponies & handlers can be made several ways: Same pony with different handlers; different ponies with the same handler; or pony with the house handler(s). However once teams are made and registered, the handler and pony compete as that team. No changes or substitutions on handler or pony. If a Team that can't compete in an entered class due to some reason, that counts as a DQ for that team in that class.
  6. Teams may enter up to ten classes for a Total possible winning score of 59 points: 5 points for each first place win and 3 bonus points for 1st place winning handlers. 5 x 10 = 50 + 3 x 3 = 9. Highest Possible Score for winner: 59
  7. All courses except the Dressage course will be posted for preview, and practice is allowed on the course until 15 minutes before the class starts.
  8. The teams will draw for numbered placards and this placard must be displayed so as to be visible to the judges during the competition hours.  Failure to display this placard for the judges can result in a no score for that class.  Placard can be removed at the start of each class if necessary but must be re-displayed at the end of the class.  I.E. Taken off right at the start of the jumping course and put back on at the end of the course.

Individual ribbons will also be awarded for 2nd thru 4th place.

Fun Games: Everyone is invited to participate ~ these games are just for fun! ALL teams are allowed to have fun in the Fun Games.

Cart Ring Jousting ~ Rings will be suspended from polls stuck in the ground. Handler will have a jousting-pole and, sitting in the pony-cart, will see how many rings they can get on their pole as the pony pulls the cart past the ground poles.  

Grudge Match ~ Stallions against mares & geldings.  

Scanvenger Hunt ~ An all day event on Saturday.

Pony Tug-o-war! ~ Self explanatory.  This event will be held at night.

Don’t forget ya'll, although this is primarily a three day outdoor event themed  around pony play, all forms of BD/SM play are encouraged and welcomed!  The entire camp ground is clothing optional.  About the only rule for play is ~ Its Legal and We don’t have to call the medical examiner.  Oh Yea, one required rule is ~ to have a great drama free time!!!  
 
We have the room for many types of play that require more room then most dungeons have space for.  Wanna’ throw a 12 foot bull whip, we got the room.  Hang her up in a tree and use a dildo on a stick ~ plenty of trees.  Watersports, its outside!!!  You get the idea.  I should have my own style of clit washer there for all to use.  Get dem clits all cleaned up!!
 
So plan for three days of ponyplay and other adult fun, and also don’t forget the Anything Goes Perv Party on Saturday night around the Bonfire and with live music!!
